Kathmandu, Dec 5: The hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki Provinces are expected to experience partly cloudy weather today, while the rest of the country will see mainly clear skies, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.

The partly cloudy conditions are attributed to the influence of local winds, and similar weather patterns are likely to persist through tonight.

On Friday morning, fog is anticipated in the Tarai region and parts of the Kathmandu Valley. This may slightly affect daily activities and disrupt road and air transportation.

Expedition Weather Forecast:

Western Region: Mainly clear skies.
Central Region: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of light snowfall at one or two locations.
Eastern Region: Partly cloudy with a possibility of light snowfall at isolated spots.
Travelers and residents in fog-prone areas are advised to plan accordingly to avoid potential disruptions.
