Westerly and local winds are influencing weather across Nepal's hilly regions, reported the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. 

Today, afternoon weather in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces is expected to be partly cloudy, with mainly fair conditions in other regions. There is a slight chance of light rain in a few places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki.

Tonight, the hilly areas of these provinces will remain partly cloudy, while other regions will be mostly clear. Dense fog may develop in the Tarai region during the early morning and at night, potentially impacting agriculture, health, tourism, mountaineering, and road and air travel. The Department has advised necessary precautions.
