Snow froze at the source of the Tamor River in the Tipta La Bhanjyang area of Phaktanglung Rural Municipality-7, Taplejung. Located at an altitude of 5,100 meters above sea level, this region marks the starting point of the Tamor River, flowing from the Nepal-China border.
