2 Dead in Building Collapse in Delhi

At least two people died, and 12 others were rescued from the debris of a collapsed four-story building in north Delhi on Monday evening, a local police officer confirmed on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as two girls, aged 7 and 17. Authorities fear that more people might still be trapped as rescue operations continue.
The tragic incident occurred in the Burari area of north Delhi when an under-construction building suddenly collapsed, trapping several individuals beneath the rubble.
The injured have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment.
Rescue efforts continued through the night, with teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) working tirelessly on the site.
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi Marlena assured the media that all possible assistance was being provided to ensure smooth rescue operations.
