Nepal is set to face Kuwait on Tuesday in the ICC U-19 Women’s World Cup Asia Zone Qualifiers, taking place in the UAE. The match will be held at The Seven Stadium in Ajman, starting at 9:30 am local time.

In their previous encounter, Nepal defeated Kuwait by 108 runs and will aim for a similar result in today's game.

So far in the qualifiers, Nepal has had a strong performance, winning their opening match against Thailand by 67 runs and securing another victory by 106 runs against a different opponent. However, they suffered a loss to the host team, UAE, by 13 runs in their third match.

The four teams in the qualifier will play six matches each in a double round-robin format.

The top team at the end of the league will secure a spot in the ICC U-19 World Cup in Malaysia, scheduled for January 18 to February 2, 2025. The leading team from the Asian qualifiers will join Group D, alongside Australia, Bangladesh, and Scotland.
